All services offered are backed by appropriate certifications applicable to both remote support engineers and field security engineers. At Caretower we take the quality of our field engineering very seriously and due to the wide range of customer environments and complexity of some solutions, our field engineering team in addition to holding an appropriate certification will have shadowed and been shadowed by a Senior Security Engineer before being approved to work on customer systems.

Caretower have a long history of providing comprehensive vendor education and have found great success and customer satisfaction as an authorised McAfee education centre. We are constantly updating our education program to incorporate the latest product updates into our existing programmes and to develop new programmes to suite the ever changing security landscape. As an option to any core services, we offer knowledge transfer on a one-to-one basis during any Installation, Configuration or Upgrade work if requested.
