I would just like to say many thanks for the ECRS solution available as part of the Mailwall Remote and Surfwall Remote products. During a recent power outage that unfortunately lasted well past our UPS battery life (2 hours) The ECRS product proved invaluable for two of the Partners here. They were waiting on a couple of very important e-mails as part of a deal that was going on for one of our clients. Because of ECRS I was able to easily set them up with logins and give them access to their last 7 days of e-mail on the Mailwall Remote servers. It was really very simple. From here they were able to reply to the messages as simply as if they were using Outlook without the clients knowing we had a problem. Without this facility we'd have had serious problems at this late stage of the deal. ECRS proved a very useful addition to our DR solution. The Mailwall Remote product saves us time and money by blocking an ever increasing amount of SPAM and has now gone that extra step by helping us out at a critical time. I'm very happy that we chose the Omniquad solution.

Payzone Caretower Case Study:

Payzone is one of the leading consumer payments and cash distribution networks in Europe. It has operations in 18 countries across Europe, processing over 644 million transactions per year on behalf of its clients. These transactions are handled electronically through the Payzone network of over 191,000 points of service (terminals, vending units and EPOS tills). Payzone also operates approximately 6,000 ATM cash dispensers in the UK and Germany. The Company offers a wide range of services including pre-paid mobile phone top-ups, energy pre-payments, bill payments.

Payzone was a user of Clear swift Mail sweeper for 5 years but as the business grew we identified the need to move to a more proven method for mail delivery and content filtering, freeing up resources and allowing the engineers to focus on other tasks. We have now been with OmniQuad for over a year and we have found the service to be exceptionally good, not only has the spam we receive been reduced to virtually zero % the service has always been available allowing our customers and suppliers seamless communications with us. We have not had a virus related e-mail attack since moving to OmniQuad, this has allowed the IT team to focus on the core business activities.

During the 15 years I have been working at Arsenal Football Club, I have seen many changes. However, by far the biggest change I've been involved in is our move from Highbury to Emirates Stadium in 2006. As the Head of IT, I was responsible for the full upgrade of our IT systems. During our time at Highbury, the IT setup was relatively small with approximately 150 PCs and only a small number of shop tills.

Now we have a far larger and complex network including over 60 servers, 350 PCs, 500 epos terminals and 80 wireless access points. With all this new technology in place, it was important for us that that we use companies able to provide effective systems management and real-time support to help us protect our business.

Caretower have been providing us with anti spam/virus systems for a number of years now. They were the obvious choice when it came to providing a new mail filtering system and disk encryption software.
