With regards to Caretower Solutions, we here at Entek IRD International have had dealings with Caretower since February 1999.

In addition to this, Primark have a Caretower support contract which gives them direct access to an engineer at any time they want. Caretower has always been a delight to work with; their support team have always shown great technical knowledge when dealing with Primark's queries. From the start their support, advice and work ethics have always been of the highest standard. Primark are more than happy to continue using Caretower as a supplier in the future.

During the 15 years I have been working at Arsenal Football Club, I have seen many changes. However, by far the biggest change I've been involved in is our move from Highbury to Emirates Stadium in 2006. As the Head of IT, I was responsible for the full upgrade of our IT systems. During our time at Highbury, the IT setup was relatively small with approximately 150 PCs and only a small number of shop tills.

Now we have a far larger and complex network including over 60 servers, 350 PCs, 500 epos terminals and 80 wireless access points.
